Fulfillment Policy
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 3–7 business days after payment is received. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
Shipping
We ship worldwide using trusted carriers such as UPS, FedEx, and DHL. Shipping times vary depending on location, typically 5–14 business days for domestic orders and 10–21 business days for international orders.
Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking to update.
Delays
While we strive for timely delivery, Skin Pros is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or unforeseen events beyond our control.
Refund & Return Policy
Eligibility
We offer a 14-day return policy from the date of delivery. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to hygiene and safety regulations, used devices, consumables, and opened skincare products cannot be returned.
Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact us at skinprosinfo@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, we’ll provide instructions and the return address. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of approval or rejection. Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos or video proof. Replacements or repairs will be arranged at our discretion.
Restocking Fee
A 15% restocking fee may apply for returned equipment to cover inspection, packaging, and administrative costs.
